As the saying goes’ a healthy mind in a healthy body, the school feels the physical fitness, and yoga and sports are complementary and synonymous terms for building dynamic personalities. These activities not only tone up the body or stimulate the mental and physical energies in students but also instill in them the spirit of camaraderie and teamwork through positive and healthy competition. To build in each student a calm and a composed personality, we have yoga and meditation classes on regular basis along with one hour sports session everyday with a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports activities viz volleyball, basketball, taekwando, skating and badminton. Students are given a rigorous training under the surveillance of the professional coaches.
