Mrs. Seema Bhardwaj, an erudite scholar, a meritorious and distinction holder all throughout her academic career with B.com (Hons.), M.com and degree of law of to her accreditation, is a charismatic and a dynamic lady whose very presence is very captivating and electrifying to motivate people around her. She energizes the souls of many with invincible and unbeatable spirit to accomplish educational goals. A great perfectionist with an experience of more than two decades of teaching and administrative skills has led her to the dizzy heights of achievements. Apart from being the founder and architect of the Delhi and Gurgaon branches of St. Angel’s school, she has many widely acclaimed achievements to her credit. She is a recipient of the most prestigious award’ Dr. Sarvapalli Radha Krishna Memorial National Teachers award On Teachers Day and Global Assembly On Peace, Mercy, Tolerance and disaster Education Seminar, New Delhi . She is a perennial fountain of knowledge, benevolence and motivation for those aspiring ordinary souls to perform extra ordinary feats. A debonair young vibrant law graduate and dynamic personality with his own panache, aspires for quality in everything he does. I am a futuristic educationist. Learning precedes teaching! Evolving for the past 25 years. Including both teaching a class and as an administrator, I have a fiery passion towards educating. Having a Masters of Philosophy in Mathematics, a Masters in Mathematics, supported by a degree in Education, is the proof of learning preceding teaching. Exposure to the blue screen added a new dimension to me as I better myself in contributing to the online community learners.
I figured out, we accomplish more if we adopt the role of educational guides, facilitators and co - learners. Being a part of this fraternity for over two decades, I have observed that good lesson plans and purposeful activities promote a learner's knowledge and skills.
My philosophy of learning rests on the fact that young minds are unique in some way or the other. It is imperative for a teacher to create an environment that stimulates physical, mental, emotional and social growth. Most effective learning takes place when students take responsibilities for their learning; they are cooperative during the process, collaborative in their approach and supportive of the ideas from their peers.
